To ensure the highest standards of care, all carers are required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two external references before delivering care. Our staff also undergo rigorous training, starting with initial assessments to ensure they have the right skills, followed by regular refresher training to keep knowledge and practice up to date. In addition, our team is supported by a wider support network within the organisation, ensuring carers are never alone and always have access to guidance, advice and professional support when needed.
