How To Get Support

Funding Care At Home

If you or someone you care about may benefit from support at home, we are here to help. There are two main ways to arrange home care:

Through your Local Authority

If you’ve had a care needs and financial assessment, your local authority may offer a personal budget to pay for your care.

Self Funded Care

You can also pay for care directly. This can be your main option or used to add extra support if council funded care doesn’t cover everything you need. We understand that arranging home care can feel like a big step, but we aim to make the process simple and supportive. We will talk with you about your situation and explain the options available.

Step 1

We begin with a friendly conversation to understand what support may be needed and answer any questions you have.

Step 2

We will arrange a visit to discuss needs in more detail and understand daily routines, preferences and any specific support required.

Step 3

Together we create a personalised care plan that outlines how support will be delivered.

Step 4

Once care begins, our team continues to review support regularly to ensure it remains right for the person receiving it. Our team can guide you through the process and explain the different ways care can be arranged.
